Panel cutting and edging in Canberra?

Can anyone suggest a cabinetmaker or joiner in Canberra/Queanbeyan who would cut and edge melamine panels according to a cutting list I supply? I have asked several local kitchen manufacturers but they are really only interested in full kitchen renovations (probably a busy time of the year for them so small jobs aren't that attractive I suppose).

Also, does 20mm overhang (from door face to bench edge) sound about right? My current benchtop (soon to be discarded) has a different overhang on just about every side!

Any thoughts welcome.

Hi George, why not have your panels cut to size and edge them yourself, Magnet Mart Belconnen will cut them to size, best not to get them done on the weekend though. Iron on edging available at Laminex Fyshwick.

I left 24-25mm overhang on my cabinets this allows for the doors being 16mm and then 9mm for whatever spills or runs off the tops will have a chance to not run down the doors.
