Question for Neil (Admin)

When I click on a thread which I have not previously visited, instead of being taken to the first unread post, I get taken to the last post in the thread. I then have to scoll back up to the top or click on the page number (if it's a long one) to get back to the start of the thread. Not a huge problem, just an annoyance. Is it something I'm doing wrong?
Browser is IE7 with patches up to date and cookies enabled.

You can choose which posts to see first, the oldest or newest. Quick Links/Edit Options then scroll down to the Thread Display Options (3rd from bottom) and you'll see a drop down list and you can set it to show newest first.

or you may be hitting the "show unread posts" button to the left of the thread title.
