A nice storm just past over Werribee, nothing but dust at about 9.20 pm.
Still it had some power behind it, think my shed still has a roof :D

We are in the midst of the market gardens so the dust was nasty, still trying to get it out of my eyes

From my front door to the Queen Vic market used to take 25 minutes.

Oh Pete, you are very funny guy.
Note where I said 'used to take'.
Now it only takes 15 seconds with my 'Acme transporter beam doohickey'. :D
So, how's the weather in Canberra right now?
Is the devil actually skiing to work there, or just wishing he could?

Well right now it is 27 degrees at 6.30 am and exactly one week ago it was snowing! The weather patterns are really stuffed up.
Other than that lil Johnny does not spend that much time in our little backwater town...... to be honest we like it that way!!!

Looks blue... I'm thinking possibly Curacaohttp://www.woodworkforums.ubeaut.com.au/images/icons/icon5.gif..... Might not last too well in sunny Melbourne - did I see high 30's yesterday?

The storm missed us, bit of wind but nothing like that.
As for how long to get to the city, for me about 50 minutes (80km), and if there is a pileup on the freeway I have about two dozen alternate routes;)
