Guys,

looking for a bit of advice, I had my concrete slab poured yesterday. The slab is about 90 sqm and is under my new patio

After the concrete form work had been removed, I noticed that one of the timber pegs was firmly embedded in the concrete. This peg is probabaly 35x35 and 200mm long.

It is right on the edge (furtherest part from the house) with about 110mm of concrete below it and about 200mm below it (300x 300) edge beam.

Is this something worry about?

No, the peg will probably expand and split the concrete to the weakest face, as I assume this is beyond the outer edge it will only split away surplus dags from the pour. I'd give it a belt with a sledge hammer and cleave it off at ground level if there is no danger of damaging the slab in the process.
