Hi Ho,
Looks like you posted in the wrong sections, but hay...
The explanation is long and scary, suffice to say if you do a search on foilies, you should be able to find out, but be warned somewhere in the archive is a photo of one of our moderators wearing a foil bikini, not a pretty site...

Lighten up Jack! Since the cap is sold on a "woodcarving" forum, and I didn't know what it meant....you have a problem with asking a question here? didn't know I was among greatness......think maybe you oughta stick this forum if thats the attitude towards outsiders?

Where is my automatic defuser, when one needs one?
Hi Ho,
This is a woodworking forum, as opposed to a woodcarving forum. There are many different sub-sections within the Forum, and the question you posted was within the carving section.
Not a huge deal, really, but it would've been better in the "Nothing To Do With Woodwork" section. Or similar. :)
Don't worry about Gumby. He just picks up on things. (bracing for reddie :p )

G'day Hi ho. A bit of a shame that on your 3rd or 4th post you get jumped on for posting a 'nothing to do with woodwork' question in the carving section.... especially when the mods can just move it to the right section. Perhaps a welcome is in order?
To answer your question, the caps are made in the 'normal' variety for those that have already been put under control of the aliens, and the Foily variety for those that are resisting the effects of the 'alien thought control rays'.
Google 'thought control' and "foily" or alien mind control and see what you come up with.
If you hit the right site you'll see a pic of one of our moderators in his head and genitalia protection clothing.
A bit of fun (for some... deadly serious for others) :D

My memory is playing up as I asked the same question at the show even though I did already know. One look at Al's foily pic is enough to cause you to want to forget:D :D :D
