Well the work Christmas party is upon me. As I have 2 P/T jobs that means 2 parties. The dreaded theme of party 1 is Dress-up 1980's Karaoke.
I am 5'4 not blonde, not size 6 and therefore unable to be Kylie Minogue. From the vast sea of knowledge out there can someone give me a wave.
Heres to hearing your ideas.

Am I next?
1, 2 ,3 testing testing. OK...
What do I have to do
To get the message through
How can I prove that I really love you, love you
What do I have to do
To get it through to you
How can I prove that I really love you, love you

Why do these people think anyone wants to hear them singing? If the venue is too cheap to have decent entertainment, they should just get a jukebox. I mean do you go to restaurants and do your own cooking?
OK, I'm aware of some place where you do, but that just goes to prove my point. If I wanted to cook my own dinner, I'd stay at home. And if I wanted to hear bad singing, I'd listen to my wife in the shower :D

But don't tell my heart, my achy breaky heart
I just don't think it'd understand
And if you tell my heart, my achy breaky heart
He might blow up and kill this man

Never gonna give you up, never gonna let you down
Never gonna run around and desert you
Never gonna make you cry, never gonna say goodbye
Never gonna tell a lie and hurt you
We've known each other for so long
Your heart's been aching but you're too shy to say it
Inside we both know what's been going on
We know the game and we're gonna play it
Happy days :D

OK this is the last one. I promise. :p
Young man, there's no need to feel down.
I said, young man, pick yourself off the ground.
I said, young man, 'cause you're in a new town
There's no need to be unhappy.
It's fun to stay at the Y.M.C.A.

Singing in the rain,
Just singing in the rain,
