Underlay for floating floor - Dunlop? Aquacoustic

If so where is the cheapest place in Sydney to get it.?

Or if anyone knows any other ones that are good for a decent price.

How much are you looking at per sqm?
Do you just glue it down? I.e. no other moisture barrier required?
