Hello, my name is Mike and I am a moderator on routerforums.com , the official chat of The Router Workshop as seen on thewoodworkingchannel.com . We are running Vbulletin 3.0.3 so your layout feels like home. Right up to the point where I tried to load my routerforums avatar. I tried to message a staff member and got a restriction message. I tried to post a reply to a question and I have to wait for a moderator to hold my hand? What sort of terrible problems have you had to require these draconian restrictions? Ask Template Tom or Mailee about the welcome they got when they joined our site.
My visit here is to invite your members to stop by and say hello. We value the exchange of information from all of our members. There is big news coming from The Router Workshop in the very near future, and I think your members may be interested. Hopefully by that time the hand holding will be over.

Hi Mike,
I do apologise for the inconvenience. We have had a lot of spammers coming here in recent times and moderating the first posts of new members enables us to track the spammers. With 4 Super Mods normally it never takes long to approve posts like yours but we had a few problems earlier that lead to your post being over looked. Once again I do apologise.
I have been to the RouterForums (and I think I was once a member:confused: ) and it would be great for the interaction. Especially since some American Wood Forums deliberately inhibit links to us.
Once Again sorry for the inconvenience.

We underwent some spam attacks recently so I do understand. I am looking forward to posting some photo's from our site, and I still feel naked without my avatar. I will be patient and enjoy what I can do. Come back and visit us @ routerforums.

SilentC? Routerforums.com is based in Elie, Manitoba. Canada, The Great White North. The administration mis-spells words almost as bad as you guys do...:D But what can you expect from a country who chooses it's name by drawing letters from a hat, right? (C,eh? N,eh? D,eh?)
I am slowly picking up on your unique words. I have a small edge since my mother is from Ontario, Canada. I learned to speak Canuck growing up.
