Having decided to use Tung oil as my floor finish I am looking for opinions, past experience of use and or recommendations from the knowledgeable members on this forum as to what brand of commercially available tung oil they would use or have used on floors. The house I am renovating has 32 year old Cypress Pine floor boards that have never been treated at all. They always had carpet and lino on them and their condition is excellent.
I am looking at the following products 3 products at the moment trying to decide what one to use.

Polycure: Naturoil 3120 Tung Oil Sealer
Feast Watson: China Wood Oil or
Feast Watson: Floorseal (again a tung oil based coating)

We do live on the coast and we do go to the beach a lot but the floor in real terms will not get a great deal of heavy traffic over all.

Is there any other Tung Oil based brand that members would recommend for flooring that they have used and their experience with that product.

Price is not a concern as such although I will be needing aprox 10Ltrs to do each coat and I am looking at doing either 3 or 4 coats

Any tips or tricks with using any of the above products as well would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance
Chris

I'd concur with Larry.

FW's "Floorseal" is a good product. I haven't used it on floors, but quite regularly use it on furniture I make.
