Finish on particle board floors

I'm just finishing off laying a green tongue floor and am ready to apply a finish. I don't want floor coverings as it's a workshop so what I was planning was to use is a two part polyurethane such as Estapol 7008.
Any advice as to whether this is a good idea or is there a better choice?

7008 is one of the most strongest polyurathane around. It only comes in a gloss. Make sure you wear a chem mask when you work with it in a non ventalated room. It has a high rate of isosainate. when it is dry it is fine .

Well the job is finished, 4 coats of 7008. The weather has cooperated, no nights below 10 degrees and no rain.
I took the advice of someone on this forum and grooved the green tongue boards every 400mm with a small V bit in the router.
The 7008 has changed the colour of the floor so that together with the grooving, it looks as if I've laid cork tiles. The landlord was most impressed.

I did learn a few things not to do next time as well a few things I should have done. All in all, not bad for a first attempt.
I figure once I drop a few tools on it and cover the floor with sawdust, no one is going to notice the blemishes.
Now to build the new workbench...

I've told people that, if you polish a chipboard floor it will look like cork tile & the just look at me strange:confused:
