I see more complaints than pats on the back for suppliers and this timt I'd like to give a big pat on the back to Professional Woodworking Supplies for speed of delivery, courtesy and general helpfullness.

I recently bought some gear from them that I needed fairly quickly and they were extremely helpfull, I will be dealing with them again.

BTW I have nothing to do with the company.

Yup no doubt there one of the best!!!!!

I've been buying gear from them since the days they had a few bits a t-track etc. For me the gang at professional woodworkers suppliers offers some of the best customer service and product line in Australia.

Thumbs UP!!!!!

They are simply the best. I have nothing but good words to say about the service from them. Other suppliers should sit up and take note of their example. This is how to ensure return business and reviews like this.

If you're not buying from professional woodworking supplies then take a look at them.

(no affiliation blah blah blah just an impressed and very satisfied customer)

...and a lovely little freebie bag of goodies to Forum members who visited the stall at the Sydney Wood Show. I've already used the wax and the polishing cloth.

I have had a very good experience with them as well. The main reason is that they communicate well.

I agree with all above - great service, great communication - but when will Grahame learn to spell his name correctly?:)
