Theres been a bit of talk the last week or so about different graphics being included in posts etc. While I feel I can talk for all Administrator's & Moderators in saying that we are more than happy to explain these little things.
But might I be so rude ( http://ubb.ubeaut.com.au/ubb/eek.gif ) as to suggest that everyone thats interested take the time to read the FAQ's Page (http://ubb.ubeaut.com.au/ubb/faq.html), (just click on the underlined text ) so that we can all use this board to its full advantage. I hope that noone thinks I am trying to be smart here, just trying to help everyone in one hit.
Cheers!! http://www.ubeaut.com.au/cheers.gif

One point to consider Shane is that not all are conversant with some of the functions and I recall my wife until a few months ago thought that FAQ was a rude gesture.
Just like a computer type who is oblivious to the rest of the world will be convinced that tools manufacturers pinched the term router from them and should give it back.

I realise that Iain, hell I have to tell my mother how do things thousands of times before she can figure it out herself. I am just trying to help people realise theres more to this board than just typing plain text ( as obviously theres been interest shown ). And like you say, some people are not quite confident with these fancy functions & reading the FAQ ( Frequently Asked Questions ) is the best place to start. The next thing to do is to get in & have a go at working it out by posting, like we all had too. Its great to see people wanting to learn the different functions of the Board.

Thanks Shane & others. Been using this BB for years, but never read the FAQ. It's amazing what you learn when you take the time.
As they say, when in doubt, read the instructions.

Alex, of course you realise that this will never happen. This is a primary failing of man (species not gender).
