Hi all,
I am interested in using a piece of Exterior grade plywood as a benchtop under a kitchen sink.
I was wondering products I should use to seal the timber to prevent any swelling.
Cheers

I thought that would be the case - I was just making sure.

I worked for a plywood company years ago, and the only difference between exterior ply and marine ply (apart from) the price, was the allowable percentage of voids in the construction. Voids are the gaps between the pieces of veneer in a lamination. I cannot remember the figures but I vaguely remember 1% for marine and 3 or 5% for exterior.
I would suggest that you consider saturating the ply with a good fungicide, I use TasPaints T888 which is tri-butal tin based, and then encase with epoxy.
Cheers
