We are about to undertake a largish project at our woodworking club.
As it is quite complex I was thinking of sanding all components prior to assembly and then applying a spray finish.
From past experience I have noticed that if you leave sanded pine for a period of time it will tend to go yellow and slightly fury. Many of the completed parts will be left for a few months prior to assembly and without finishing.
What is the best approach to semi finishing pine prior to final assembly which will require gluing and finishing?
Would a sanding sealer be the best approach?
