My sole polish? No. What I use depends on what I'm turning, of course. ;)
However it's the only finish I use for some items, such as my acrylic pens. But... I usually sand down to about a 1200 grit and give 'em a hit of EEE first. Actually, I give 'em several coats of Shellawax, cutting with EEE between the first few coats. The more coats (wait a few hours between coats!) the better the finish looks.
Easy to apply and it lasts. :)
And it is good to see some young turners. Stirlo's doing well, got any photos of your work yet AusTurner?
