Bruce returned home late.after boozing with his mates.The house was darkness.He undressed in the lounge and,as he slipped into bed,remembered he had been neglecting his wife of late.
Later,he went to the bathroom to clean his teeth and was astonished to find his wife in the bathtub reading a book.
"What the hell are you doing here?" he say's.
"Whats wrong with relaxing in the bath?"
"Nothing.But who the hell is that in our bed?"
"I told you that mother was coming to stay!"
At this, Bruce slammed the door,went back to the bedroom and screamed at the recumbent figure,"Why the hell didn't you tell me it was you!"
"How could I, Bruce,when we haven't been on speaking terms for years!"
