Dear all,
I will be doing some plastering this weekend. The 2 jobs that I have to do are covering some big joins about 1 cm wide  and redoing internal corners:o .
The first job is to cover where the old picture rail used to be, there's a wide gap between the sheets. I assume cornice cement would be the best thing to fill the gap with?
Second job is to redo some of the internal corners where I used paper tape. The tape has come away from the wall and in some cases buckled. Could anyone give me any tips/help on why this may have happened and what to do so that it doesn't happen again. It has only happened in some places.
