I want to use concrete for small home and garden features, small items. Not to walk on etc, just small items like flowerpots, mirrorframe etc.
What kind of concrete should I use?

Some of the features need to be fire 'resistant' because candles will be lighted inside...

I wanted to use 'normal concrete' but that does not exist? I was just at Bunnings, and was overwhelmed with the selection they have there.

Please assist?

Thanks!

A sand and cement mix will do just fine. You can run a couple of loops of light wire through things like frames to reinforce if you wish. A candle will not throw enough heat to worry about.

Your biggest problem will be strength and finish, for finer items you need to vibrate to get out trapped air and cream up the mix a bit. Tapping the form work with a rubber mallet will help on the light stuff you seem to be refering to.
