The cupboard doors and drawer fronts of the new kitchen that SWMBO and I have in our house are finished in white polyurethane. Some holes have been drilled in them which are no longer needed. Filling the holes is no problem, but does anyone have any bright ideas about how to put a finish on the filled section that will match the polyurethane? It doesn't have to be perfect, but it should pass the "Blind Freddy" test.

Suggestions gratefully received.

it should pass the "Blind Freddy" test.

the only way patching gloss poly will pass this test is if blind freddy isnt allowed in the same room as the doors, patch them with a good quality car filler and get them repainted
