Figure skating - What’s the go with the Russians and swans? They are everywhere.
Cross country - ski and shoot. Aren't they 2 different events? And if you miss a shot you have no chance of winning.
Curling - bizarre? It is the only Olympic event requires a broom.:D Most top teams are woman or is it only for woman? Practice makes perfect??:D :D
Skeleton - bloody scary. Head first at 130km per hour
Luge double - 2 men in tight outfits, one sits on top of the other. Who has more fun?:D
Moguls - it hurts just looking at the knees bounce up and down.:o
:D :D :D

I haven't watched much of it.
Too many bloody ads and they go on with far to much bollocks.
Plus when they finally do show an event, it's a day old anyway. :(
At least they don't have synchronised swimmimg.
Ice dancing is almost as bad though.

Ice dancing is almost as bad though.
Having learned ice skating, both the dancing and speedskating, in my youth I love watching the skating.
Especially in the speedskating if they are wearing orange and winning.:D :D :D It reminds me of when I was young and I had hopes of becoming one. :p

Peter, I minimize the window (browser) to just big enough to see a couple of lines. It is a pain but I have no choice.:D

An olympic speedskater ofcourse. :D I loved skating when I lived in Holland. Even took my own speed skates with me whem migrating here. Trouble was there were'nt any creeks, canals or rivers that froze in winter or ice rinks close by.:(
Whilst I couldn't be a dutch skater I still love the colour orange though.:D You might have noticed.:p

Al :)
Went there many times when I real got wheels :D not the pushbike ones.
Great times, either you were lucky in picking up the poor dollies that couldn't skate or you took your revenge later in the night when the water was on the ice and sprayed them with your skates whilst racing past.:D Especially their boyfriends got the treatment.:D

Watching the ice hockey, is there some tradition with the fog horn after a score/goal/point or whatever.
Watched the Swedes beat the seppos, jeez, weren't they some BIG girls......
