When you place your mouse over someone's reputation bars a phrase pops up such as "has a reputation beyound repute." Is this phrase based on points as well??

It is points based but it always says nice things when you look at someone else's points. When you look at your own it tells you the truth, I'm not game to look at mine. ;)
