Gedday,
My first thread here so please excuse me if some of my terminology is incorrect. I've got a project happening i.e refurbishing a cellar. I've managed to re-render, seal and paint the walls....whew! if that wasn't bad enough!! Now it's time to do the ceiling. The walls were "Besser Blocks" but the roof of the cellar is the underside of the concrete slab that is my shed floor. I wouldn't find this so daunting if the slab were smooth, but it's not....in fact it is bloody rough, uneven, not finished in any way. I'd say that if I lay a straight piece of timber over 6' that I could see 3/4" of light in some places.Floor to ceiling height is approx 2.2 metres. 4metres X3 metres width. Any ideas (not including give up and off to the pub :-)
Thanks in advance,
Gary.
