We have some minor cracking from a bit of movement. It needs tidying up and I wondering what should I use, flexible mortar like Mortafil or mortar itself.
One issue is colour matching. I've tried the Ash Grey Mortafil and it's not a good colour match. Bird poo, on the other hand appears closer, but don't want to use that.

You might have trouble finding an off the shelf product
Might be better to try the local landscape supplies for a sand you can mix yourself with cement.
That is how it would have been done.

plenty of cream cements available in the greenshed - 20kg bags.
doubtful the builder would have used a special blend, probably one of the standard colours.
the flexible mortar tubes ($exp) would have some additive to help flow, and maybe reduce cracking?
so maybe look at one of the plasticisers to add to your mortar mix?
