got a quote finally, $12100 to lay tiles in a unit around 80sqm. this does not include removing old tiles or the tiles themselves, only includes glue, grout, silicone and labour
is this about the ballpark??

so that's over $150 per sqm?
sounds bit rich to me but it had been a long time since I used a tiler.

No idea, been out of the industry too long.
Rock up to a couple of tile outlets and ask if they know what the going rate is.
They usually have a heap of business cards from tilers so grab a few of them and phone around for more prices.

Its very hard to answer, would depend on location, the actual job, type of tiles etc?
I got a tiler in to quote out decks being done, which is around 60m2 His rate is approx $90 a m2. A mate reckons thats slightly on the cheaper side. But yeah that includes all materials
