Google suggests they'll both do the job. Dremel uses carbide. Might be worth getting both to see which performs best on your project (speed, longevity etc)

One thing with diamond blades is that the diamond is not only on the tip but also a mm or two up the side.
In a tight gap it can cut away at the edge of the tiles, on glazed tiles this may present issues.
