Artisan Home Joiner MANUAL

I've just joined for the purposes of downloading a Manual for the Artisan Home Joiner (which my 79 year old Dad recently bought)... However, for some reason, the forum won't allow me to download the Manual, which is linked elsewhere on this same forum...

May I ask why?
