Happy to join woodwork forums for sharing info obtaining information and tips.
I am a member of Tatiara Mens Shed in South Australia where woodworking and metalworking takes place.
Currently believe it not we have been asked to construct a “Tardis” full size for a lady and yes questions abound about why or what for and Fantastic.
Look forward to questions down the track and hopefully can return the same.
Kind regards
Roddog

G'Day & Welcome to a top forum "Rod"
There are quite a good few members around Adelaide and across SA plus the rest of the country.....
You'll find a heap of helpful & knowledgeable blokes & ladies on the forum and for most very willing to assist.
Make sure you show off your handiwork as everyone loves a photo, especially WIP [Work In Progress] photos with build notes.
Enjoy the forum.
Enjoy your woodwork......
Cheers crowie

Your tardis may be a let down in one essential respect...."Hey, it's smaller on the inside !" :oo:

Unless you work in more than 3 dimensions, of course.....:D

Tardis is progressing slowly waiting for various materials to arrive.
Thankyou everyone on your helpful comments and it does happen to coincide with the 60th anniversary of Dr Who and the thirteenth Doctor.
Some of our members had no idea what a Tardis is and one member asked where the Doctor consulted🙄.
A member had Googled only to report back one was available in Queensland for hire @ $1000/day and another for sale @ $6500.00 pounds in the UK.
I will try to come back with some photos in coming weeks as also our shed is constructing a Bandsaw mill for our numerous logs we have on hand. That not to mention Christmas not far away.
Cheers for now and Merry Christmas.
