Hi there, I'm a 33 year old bloke from Perth that has always wanted to get into woodwork. I've inherited a Woodfast 280 lathe a while back, some missing parts but it'll be getting fixed back up. Granddad used to make pens and pipes, lathe and carving. Primarily I'll be here to look at tutorials, take in some information and figure out where I can buy some hardwood for pipes!
