3D printing

Gday all,

Looking for someone to print me up a part or my Bike. I do already have one so would be able to copy that piece. Though it doesn't need to be exactly the same.
I don't know if it needs to be modeled out in a drawing or can be copied somehow.
Part needed below.
Main profile needed is top down view, doesn't need to have grooves in either. Will be used as a cover plate.

Shane, have a look on thingiverse and see is someone has already done one. Depending on the size I might be able to do it.
