Bricking a house

Hi,
A newbie here. Can someone tell me the correct term for "bricking a fibro/clad home" ? What do I search for? A bricklayer? A builder ? Any ballpark costs for "bricking" an average size 3 bedder ?

So in other words you want to change the house to brick-veneered. This means that a foundation will have to be dug externally into the ground at every wall and concrete footings placed and then bricked from there. The brick wall will need to be tied to the frame of the current house structure to which the existing cladding would need to be partly or fully removed (being fibro extra care is needed).

The cost would be lots and lots of dollars.

I'd suggest you talk to a Structural Engineer first.

It doesn't hurt a bit. as long as you don't leave your thumbs between the bricks at the moment of impact.

I wouldnt drick a fibro/weather board house.
It will cost heaps to do ( $15,000 ball park figure)

And when done it will look like a fibro/weather board house that has been bricked.

I priced one many years ago, and the client nearly died with the price.
