Oh midge I suddenly realised what you meant. My new year is usually in mid February and sometimes the end of Jan.
The year of the dog starts on the 9th of February 2006.

Well, you lot can be as grumpy as you like, but when someone who's had the year I've had (not to mention the one before) takes up with someone as gorgeous as the the lovely lady I have, I refuse to take all your grumpiness seriously
