Dear Sir,
Kindly pardon our encroachment to your privacy through this medium.
We are the children of late Mr. Steve N. Cummings, from Liberia. My name is Michael and my sister is Mariam. Our late father and his foreign partner were ambushed and killed by LURD rebels. The rebels accused them of supporting and financing the state government. They were merchants on Gold and diamond.
Before my late father finally gave up in hospital in Monrovia, he confided in me that they deposited the sum of US$7.5m and 50kg gold dust with a reputable Management & Trust company for safe keep. They deposited it with the company because of the fact that they were buying the product from local miners in Obuasi , Ghana.
The reason of contacting you is that we have been to the company to claim the consignment containing the money and gold as the children of the deceased but the company refused to release it to us saying that we have to come for the collection with the next of kin of the late foreign partner of our late father hence the deposit was made by both of them.
It's based on this that we are contacting you to act as the next of kin to the foreign partner of our late father. And also for you to assist us in investing the money in your country on joint venture partnership. We have the Bond agreement which he entered with the company.
If you accept to assist us in this regard, kindly let us know to give you the contact of the company for confirmation and how to proceed. It is important to inform you also that, according to our late father, his late foreign partner raised about 80% of the capital and was only fronting our late father to do business in the sub region.
Anticipating hearing from you.
Best Rgds,
Michael & Mariam Cums
