Hi all, We're looking into replacing our Kitchen.
I'm wondering if anyone has experience with or recommendations for buying a custom flat pack from Brisbane or Sunshine Coast suppliers?

Thanks in Advance

Rowan...

We've got Master Cabinets (https://www.mastercabinetsbundaberg.com.au/) here in Bundy; only an hour away from HB. I've not had any involvement with them so don't take this as a recommendation but they certainly look flash and they've won a couple of awards in the last few years. They don't specify if they can provide in flat pack form but it'll only cost you an email to ask them.

Thanks Tiff, There are quite a few cabinet maker here as well but they are so busy that they either won't quote or it's serious coin they are wanting and a 10month wait.
For example my Dad had a tiny kitchen for his unit quoted recently and it worked out to about 25K for a laminate bench top job, our kitchen is 3 or 4 times the size.

China ? Ebay ? I don't know about now but some years back people were getting obscenely cheap flatpacks from china and as usual there are local resellers of them.

IKEA nearby? I used kitchen cabinets down one side of my shed with yellow tongue as bench top. Very well made by clever little Swedes.
cheers

For flat pack you can’t go past IKEA, I used their cabinets for my kitchen 10 years ago, quality is first class IMO. I got the bench tops through our local cabinetmaker as I didn’t want joins.
