Hello from Sydney

Hi i am Yash, a chef with many years of experience in kitchens all over the world, and now in sydney. I am a wood tinkerer and collector. i love restoring wooden handles on knives and collecting whimsical wood carvings and slabs to make into small pprojects. ive built some outdoor furniture in Nz and am restricted now to doing very small things living in an apartment.Im keen to learn from this forum and improve ,my skills with more practise.
