Best product for sealing timber balustrade

Hey all - I have recently installed some Victorian Ash balustrade to the staircase in my house. I am after a natural colour (clear) finish in either matt or satin.

Can anyone recommend a suitable product?

Wax vs Feast and Watson Wipe On Poly vs Cabots Cabothane Waterbased Poly

Any ideas?
