... Uhm, naah, not really!
I am nearing retirement, however, and I would like to spend a lot more time in the garage than just weekends. The past almost a year have taught me that I still have a lot to learn and a lot of reorganising of my garage to do to make it a more efficient and comfortable place to work in, but we're getting there, slowly but surely.
I belong to one or two other woodworking forums, but this one seems to have a really lively Triton (and GMC) community, and I have more Triton tools than I'd care to mention, several of which were bought second-hand and which may not be functioning quite as well as they should, so I thought I might be able to get some advice on that here. Triton tools have been discontinued here in South Africa, much to my dismay, and new parts are running out fast... :(

Welcome to the forum. Triton spare in Australia are like hen’s teeth as well so I buy most of my spares from the UK.

Here’s a link to their site.

Tool Spares Online. TRITON (http://www.toolsparesonline.com/category/922-search-triton-spares.aspx)

They are great to deal with, had fast delivery until a Covid struck, and shipping costs were reasonable.

I’m hitting the retirement button first thing next year so, like you, I’m in the middle of shed sorting. Trying to work out what I need so I can spend while I’m still working:D

Enjoy the forum - great bunch of guys and gals.

G'Day & Welcome to a top forum.....
There are quite a few members from South Africa and cross the rest of this country and the world.....
You'll find a heap of helpful & knowledgeable blokes & ladies on the forum and for most very willing to assist.
Make sure you show off your handiwork as everyone loves a photo, especially WIP [Work In Progress] photos with build notes.
Enjoy the forum.
Enjoy your woodwork......
Cheers from the Great Southern Land, crowie

Welcome Stadleroux. Today is my last official day of work but I have been using up my leave for a few months and enjoying every minute of it. As Lappa has suggested, I have been buying up some nice to have gear while the money is still coming in. Look forward to seeing some of your work in the future and I wish you a long and enjoyable retirement.

Cheers,
