Hi All,

I live in an older area and have always wondered if I have three phase power at my house. I've taken a picture of my meter box and am hoping someone can help me out.

I don't have any three phase outlets in my shed but it would be great if I could buy older three phase machines and have three phase power run down the back.

Cheers,
Zac.

The switch on the left labled "Main Switch" is definitly a 3 phase switch and you have 3 main fuses so I would assume that you have 3 phase power for some thing in your home.

Interesting, thanks. I have a large AC unit so it must be that.

When you ask for 3P power down in your shed you should get a 3 Phase line and a 3Phase breaker box installed in the shed.
This will make is easier to set up 3P sockets since each individual 3P socket has to have its own breaker and you don't want to be running 3P cables back to the house breaker box all the time.

I'm getting someone out to install see lights so I'll see how much they quote me. Cheers, Zac
