Hi team

Painting a big girl bed for my little girl.

From a safety point of view, is it ok to use standard trim paint on the bed? something like:

British Paints 4L H2O Gloss White Enamel Paint | Bunnings Warehouse (https://www.bunnings.com.au/british-paints-4l-h2o-gloss-white-enamel-paint_p1420303)

Once it's fully cured and dry I'm assuming it's safe on the bed, seeing as all the trim, windows and door in her bedroom are painted with it anwyay?

Thanks :)

I'd see if the supplier has any information.
Is she past the chew everything in sight stage?

Haha yes, unless it's made from chocolate.

I've done some more checking online and from what I can tell once the paint is fully cured it is perfectly safe.

I suspect pretty much all domestic paints are inert once dry (the solvents are the nasty part) and, even if not, she'd have to chew through most of the bed to consume enough to worry about.
