Attaching Images to Market Place threads

Despite following Neil's Sticky 3 suggestions regarding Uploading Photos I cannot for the life of me attach/download images to any thread.
It is some time since I have done so and it maybe that I am missing something.
Any (constructive:q) suggestions would be grateful.

I found that the issue was with Microsoft Edge browser. Went to Firefox no problems.
