There's no way I'm clicking on the Manage and Cancel Subscription link. Do I just ignore it, or report it, if so to who?

Do not click on the link. It's a scam. The email address of the sender is the giveaway.
If you have an Apple ID, open the App Store on your device; Open your account and click on Subscriptions. I'm betting there is nothing there.

For all the complaints about Gmail I never get stuff like this since starting to use it.

Forward it to your email/internet provider, they can block the sender/domain for future scam emails.

All the above is good advice.
In reality, the E-Mail is a Phishing E-Mail. They are looking to get any numbers that they can.

Just delete it.
Don't click the manage subs/unsubscribe either - at the very least it will confirm that your email address is valid and active so they can target it (and sell it on).

Thanks all for your timely responses. I never click on the links in emails from sources I don't know. I very rarely receive spam, or hoax emails.
