G'day from Western Australia.
I am a novice to forums as well as learning more about wood working at the local Menshed.
I have just started to learn about finger jointing.
I will no doubt try and pick the brains of the more experienced people if I may.
regards
Little John

'Day & Welcome to a top forum "Young John".
There are a stack of members in Perth and surrounds plus the rest of the country.....
You'll find a heap of helpful & knowledgeable blokes & ladies on the forum and for most very willing to assist.
Make sure you show off your handiwork as everyone loves a photo, especially WIP [Work In Progress] photos with build notes.
Enjoy the forum.
Enjoy your woodwork & time at the Men’s Shed......
Cheers crowie

Welcome Little John. I see you haven't had any success with assistance on your question on the Finger Jointer in the Triton section. I thought they would be jumping at you with answers from all directions.

Hi Dallas
Thanks for trying to get an answer for me. I think I worked it out. Not sure if it correct
After setting up the Jointer with the Cutter surrounds in place and cutting through the MDF fence
I removed the Cutter Surrounds and this allowed the fingers to be moved to where they
should be. I did try with some practice timber with some success butI have been away for a few days and no time to do more.
Thanks again
John
