Help - New user, unable to post except in here

Hi.

I joined today, and can logon with my selected username/password, but I am unable to post anywhere except for some wierd reason, in this finishing forum...

Is there a wait period before I can post?

It's a catch-22, because I cannot PM any moderators either, I land up at a page saying I don't have permission.

I cannot find any thread explaining how it is all supposed to work. It would be a good idea to leave an open 'help' forum for this eventuality..
