Hi all,

My name is Markus and I love working with wood.
I have been interested in furniture making and design for many years, but I have only recently started to actually DO things. I would like to hone my woodworking skills and apply them particularly to toy and furniture making.
Over the years I've come to realise that collecting woodworking machinery, and using them are two separate hobbies...
I look forward to many good discussions on the forum. Thank you to everyone here for creating such a wonderful resource.

You'll find a heap of helpful & knowledgeable blokes & ladies on the forum and for most very willing to assist.
Make sure you show off your handiwork as everyone loves a photo, especially WIP [Work In Progress] photos with build notes.
