I'm doing some engravings in pine with a CNC router and need to spraypaint the engraving and sand the top to bare timber.

From the research I've done, spraying with shellac and painting over that is the way to go.

Is this Zinsser 369g B-I-N Primer Sealer Stain Killer Aerosol | Bunnings Warehouse (https://www.bunnings.com.au/zinsser-369g-b-i-n-primer-sealer-stain-killer-aerosol_p1561720)

similar to this?

Spray/ Zinsser - Bulls Eye Clear Shellac Spray 340g 47719760788 | eBay (https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Spray-Zinsser-Bulls-Eye-Clear-Shellac-Spray-340g-/152035149308)

Or...would a clear spray like this one work? Rust-Oleum 298g Satin Clear 2X Ultra Cover Spray Paint | Bunnings Warehouse (https://www.bunnings.com.au/rust-oleum-298g-satin-clear-2x-ultra-cover-spray-paint_p1580817)

Any thoughts?

Personally I'd be buying a can of Elcheapo (less than $5) Spray Enamel or Acrylic the colour you want and test the bleeding through the grain.
