Not receiving notifications!

Hi all,

I’m sorry that this is probably not the place to be asking questions of a technical side however I’m not sure what to do?
Over the last month I have stopped receiving notifications when people post and I’m wondering if somebody could possibly help me rectify this?

Hi Matt.

Who is your service provider .?

I'm with Optus and had problems because of them .

It was all being talked about in another thread in a different part of the forum so go there for a read of that .

As mentioned in one of my posts below the above link:
"There are many thousands of email that go out from WWF daily, eg: subscribed threads, pm's, registrations, birthdays, contact us, admin notifications, reported posts and more."

We are working on a fix for the problem with a new email server. But it's more likely that the problem for many is with their spam filter or service provider pulling out emails from "[email protected]" as spam because they are auto generated.
