Great customer service

Went to Total Tools at Morayfield a few weeks ago and purchased a few items, and was taken back by their customer service...brilliant!
Back there again today, and as usual,staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.
Absolute pleasure to be treated as a VIP even when i wasn't purchasing big ticket items.
Reckon they deserve a :2tsup:...MM:)

I have had the same experience here recently at the Sunbury store. The staff at the front directed me to what I was after and as I passed a couple of other staff, they each asked me if I needed help. The store here is directly opposite the local BGS and I thought that might explain the helpfulness but it looks like it might be a directive from on high to the franchisees.
