Whilst out fishing in Port Phillip Bay recently I was using a relatively light kit
which included 2kg strain line.
I managed to catch a monster snapper which weighed 13.25 kgs but unfortunately
when reeling it in I almost got it into the boat when the line broke.
It would have been the heaviest snapper I had ever caught.

A few years ago a friend of mine took his girlfriend out on his boat fishing on a nice warm summers day. He caught a couple of good size Mackerel and she got a Pink Snapper............

How could you know it weighed 13.25 kg, as your line broke while trying to get it in the boat.
