New exercise routine if you're over 40.
You might want to take it easy at first, then do it faster as you become
more proficient. It may be too strenuous for some.

Maaate!

I'm a convert. I can already feel the increased power in my index finger. As of today this will be added to my daily regimen:-

Raise right eyebrow x 3
Raise left eyebrow x 3
Scroll down
Scroll up

Repeat

I feel fitter just thinking about it!

Hang on ..... there's a thought .... Hmmmm.
