Hi all, I am new to woodturning, I felt I needed a bit of a change so I decided to dig the old wood lathe out of storage and get back into it. Keen to develop some skills and have some fun.
Cheers

G'Day & Welcome to a top forum,
There are a stack of members in Brisbane & across S.E. Queensland plus the rest of the world.....
You'll find a heap of helpful & knowledgeable blokes & ladies on the forum and for most very willing to assist.
Make sure you show off your handiwork as everyone loves a photo, especially WIP [Work In Progress] photos with build notes.
Enjoy the forum.
Enjoy your woodwork......
Cheers crowie

Not sure if that worked but I tried to upload a couple pics of my lathe and a mango bowl I turned on weekend

Thanks for the pic.
Looks like you could use some dust extraction?
There is a whole forum on it where you will get some idea of what's involved for efficient extraction.

Yeah I think that would be a great idea, I am just setting up a little 3x3 garden shed for my wood turning at the moment, we will see how that works out
