Spa n Deck recoating

I've had Spa n Deck on for about a year and a half now, and am ready for a recoat.

What is the procedure here? Do I clean with deck cleaner and wait for it to dry, and then apply? Or do I clean with water and brush, and apply coats wet? Any suggestions on how many coats etc?
